Feeding
Defrost in the fridge, weigh the serving and follow the manufacturer’s feeding guide for your dog’s age, weight and activity. Adjust portions to maintain a healthy body condition and provide fresh drinking water.
Storage and preparation
Keep frozen until needed. Defrost in a covered container in the fridge and follow the pack’s instructions for use after thawing. Wash hands, bowls, utensils and preparation surfaces after handling raw food.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before midday on the same working day, subject to the frozen-order timings below. Orders use a next-day service, but next-day arrival is not guaranteed.
Ordering frozen raw food?
Courier orders must include at least 8kg of frozen products. This minimum does not apply to local van delivery.
Raw or frozen orders placed after midday on Thursday are held for dispatch the following Monday.
Highlands and Islands deliveries incur additional charges and usually take at least two working days.
Please arrange for someone to receive your courier delivery or nominate a suitable safe place. Put frozen products in the freezer promptly on arrival.
