Delivery Information

We offer two main delivery options: nationwide UK delivery using DHL and our own Local Delivery – Bradlands Van service for selected local areas. Please check the section that applies to your order below.

UK Courier Delivery

Nationwide DHL Delivery

We use DHL to send nationwide orders safely and quickly across the UK on a tracked delivery service.

  • Orders placed before 12pm are aimed to be dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders are sent on a next day service, but next day delivery is not guaranteed.
  • Delivery charges are based on the number of parcels required.
  • We are currently unable to ship orders weighing over 100kg.

Nationwide frozen raw food delivery

Minimum 8kg frozen order required

Frozen raw food orders sent by nationwide courier must contain a minimum of 8kg of frozen products. This helps the order remain frozen while in transit.

This 8kg minimum only applies to nationwide frozen delivery. It does not apply to Local Delivery – Bradlands Van.

Nationwide orders containing frozen items are subject to an additional £3 surcharge per parcel due to the extra packaging, handling and frozen packing materials required.

Any nationwide orders containing raw or frozen goods placed after Thursday at 12pm will not be dispatched until the following Monday. This helps avoid frozen parcels being held in the courier network over the weekend.

You may receive a dispatch notification before the parcel physically leaves us. This is because your order may have been safely packed, labelled and stored in our cold store ready for courier collection.

Highlands and Islands

Highlands and Islands deliveries may incur additional delivery charges and usually take 2 or more working days to arrive.

Leave Safe service

Nationwide courier orders are sent using a Leave Safe service. You will receive tracking information from the courier so you can follow your delivery.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel, or that you have selected a suitable safe place. If the courier delivers the parcel to the correct address or nominated safe place, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.

Our Local Delivery Service

Local Delivery – Bradlands Van

Our Bradlands Van local delivery service covers many local towns and villages, making it easy to get pet food, treats, accessories, raw food and everyday pet essentials delivered straight to your door.

Local Delivery – Bradlands Van is handled by our own team, giving customers in our delivery areas a friendly, convenient and reliable local service.

  • Available Monday to Friday depending on your postcode.
  • Choose your available delivery date at checkout.
  • Receive text notifications on the day of delivery.
  • Includes a delivery time window and completed delivery confirmation.
  • No 8kg frozen minimum for local delivery orders.

Delivery FAQs

Which delivery option should I choose?

If you are outside our local delivery areas, choose Nationwide DHL Delivery. If Local Delivery – Bradlands Van is available for your postcode at checkout, you can choose a local delivery date instead.

Do you guarantee next day delivery?

No, we use a next day DHL service for nationwide orders, but next day delivery is not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen within the courier network.

Can frozen raw food be sent nationwide?

Yes, frozen raw food can be sent nationwide, but courier frozen orders must contain at least 8kg of frozen products to help the order remain frozen in transit.

Does the 8kg frozen minimum apply to Bradlands Van?

No, the 8kg frozen minimum only applies to nationwide frozen courier delivery. It does not apply to Local Delivery – Bradlands Van.

How much is Local Delivery – Bradlands Van?

Local Delivery – Bradlands Van is free on orders over £40. Orders from £15 to £39.99 are charged at £3. Orders under £15 are below the minimum spend for local delivery.

Will I receive text notifications for Bradlands Van delivery?

Yes, customers using Local Delivery – Bradlands Van will receive text notifications on the day of delivery, including delivery updates, a time window and confirmation once the order has been delivered.
