We offer two main delivery options: nationwide UK delivery using DHL and our own Local Delivery – Bradlands Van service for selected local areas. Please check the section that applies to your order below.

Which delivery option should I choose?
If you are outside our local delivery areas, choose Nationwide DHL Delivery. If Local Delivery – Bradlands Van is available for your postcode at checkout, you can choose a local delivery date instead.
Do you guarantee next day delivery?
No, we use a next day DHL service for nationwide orders, but next day delivery is not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen within the courier network.
Can frozen raw food be sent nationwide?
Yes, frozen raw food can be sent nationwide, but courier frozen orders must contain at least 8kg of frozen products to help the order remain frozen in transit.
Does the 8kg frozen minimum apply to Bradlands Van?
No, the 8kg frozen minimum only applies to nationwide frozen courier delivery. It does not apply to Local Delivery – Bradlands Van.
How much is Local Delivery – Bradlands Van?
Local Delivery – Bradlands Van is free on orders over £40. Orders from £15 to £39.99 are charged at £3. Orders under £15 are below the minimum spend for local delivery.
Will I receive text notifications for Bradlands Van delivery?
Yes, customers using Local Delivery – Bradlands Van will receive text notifications on the day of delivery, including delivery updates, a time window and confirmation once the order has been delivered.
