Local Delivery

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. We offer local delivery around Retford, Worksop, Gainsborough, Lincoln and more. If local delivery is available for your postcode, it will show as an option at checkout.

Which areas do you deliver to locally?

We deliver to a number of local areas including Retford, Worksop, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Bawtry and surrounding areas, depending on our delivery routes.

The available delivery options will show at checkout once you enter your postcode.

What is the cut-off time for local delivery?

Our usual cut-off time is 3pm for next-day local delivery, subject to route availability and stock.

How much is local delivery?

Local delivery is £3 on orders under £40 and free on orders over £40.

Will I receive a delivery time?

Yes, we provide delivery updates by text on the day of delivery.

Delivery times can vary depending on the route, traffic and the number of orders being delivered that day.

Nationwide Delivery

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery on many products through our courier service. Delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout.

Can frozen raw food be sent nationwide?

Yes, Frozen is available for nationwide delivery.

To help keep raw food frozen during transit, there is a minimum frozen order quantity. This helps the food stay colder for longer while travelling. There is also a small surcharge to help us cover the additional packaging costs.

What happens during very hot weather?

During very hot weather, we may temporarily hold courier orders containing frozen raw food if we believe there is a risk to the condition of the food.

If this happens, we will contact customers where needed.

Click & Collect

How does click and collect work?

Place and pay for your order online and select collection, choose your local store and a suitable date at checkout.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. Someone else can collect your order on your behalf. They may need to provide your order number or the name on the order.

Stock & Availability

Is everything on the website available in store?

Not always. Some products may be available online, in one store, or in the Retford store only.

Stock can vary between locations, so if you are travelling for a specific product, we recommend contacting us first to check availability.

Can I check stock before visiting?

Yes. If you are visiting for a specific product, please look online for stock levels in each store under the product pages. Or alternatively contact us first and our team can check availability for you.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unused and unopened items may be returned in line with our returns policy.

Items must usually be returned in a resaleable condition, with original packaging and any tags attached where applicable.

Opened food, frozen food and chilled products cannot usually be returned unless there is a fault or issue caused by us.

Who pays for return postage?

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, ordered the wrong size, or the item is not suitable, the customer is responsible for return postage.

If the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 days from when we receive the item(s).
