For best results, avoid using the mat in direct sunlight and do not use or store it above 45°C. Store flat and allow to dry if moisture forms due to temperature changes.

Ordering frozen raw food?
Courier orders must include at least 8kg of frozen products. This minimum does not apply to local van delivery.
Raw or frozen orders placed after midday on Thursday are held for dispatch the following Monday.
Highlands and Islands deliveries incur additional charges and usually take at least two working days.
Please arrange for someone to receive your courier delivery or nominate a suitable safe place. Put frozen products in the freezer promptly on arrival.
