Live within 26 miles of our Retford store?
You qualify for our local delivery service using our own vans. With this service you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. If you provide your mobile number you will get a text in the morning with your scheduled delivery window and then a further text to say your items have been delivered.
The cost of this service is £1 for unders under £30 and FREE for orders over £30. There is no weight limits for our local delivery customers.
Collect your products for free from store
Simply place your order and opt for store collection at checkout. You need to choose your collection date at this stage. We will pick your order straight away and then you can collect on the date you chose. Make sure you bring your order number with you for collection.
Live outside our local delivery radius? No problem!
PLEASE NOTE: All orders containing frozen are sent on a NEXT DAY service however couriers can no longer guarantee this due to how busy they are. Although it is rare that next day is not successfully achieved, orders placed are at the customers risk.
Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price - see Shipping Costs (below) for details of applicable charges. Every product on this site is delivered by our standard service to UK mainland addresses. This service usually takes 1-2 days to arrive. If you place your order before 2pm we will always aim to get your order sent our the same day but can be up to 2/3 working days in busy periods.Please note: Any frozen orders placed after Thursday 12pm will not leave us until the following Monday to ensure the goods remain frozen.Frozen orders must contain a minimum of 8kg in order to be sent for the order to remain frozen in transit.
