Live within 26 miles of our Retford store?

You qualify for our local delivery service using our own vans. With this service you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. If you provide your mobile number you will get a text in the morning with your scheduled delivery window and then a further text to say your items have been delivered.

The cost of this service is £1 for unders under £30 and FREE for orders over £30. There is no weight limits for our local delivery customers.

Collect your products for free from store

Simply place your order and opt for store collection at checkout. You need to choose your collection date at this stage. We will pick your order straight away and then you can collect on the date you chose. Make sure you bring your order number with you for collection.

Live outside our local delivery radius? No problem!

All orders are sent using our chosen courier partners DX and Hermes. We aim to despatch orders on the same day if orders are placed before 2pm but we cannot guarantee this over busy periods. Our services are generally 24 hour however due to the current demand on couriers orders may take longer to arrive. 

We cannot despatch any frozen orders on Friday, these orders will leave us the following Monday. 

The cost of nationwide shipping is as follows: 

< 25kg: £3.99

25 - 50kg: £7.99

50kg - 75kg: £11.99

75kg - 100kg: £16.99

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable, sanitary goods and gift cards cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if the return is because the item is faulty or incorrect we will refund you for the cost incurred of returning the product.


There are certain situations where either no refund or partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days. 

If something you are wanting to order is out of stock the please use the notify when back in stock feature. You will be the first to know as soon as it arrives. 

Although our stock control system is accurate, from time to time mistakes happen and the actual stock number may be different to the number showing. Refunds may be sent for any product that is out of stock. 

Currently, our in store loyalty scheme does not work with our online store, points cannot be added for online orders.
